§ 2-48. Establishment.

In order to carry out and effectuate the purposes and policies of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act" of the state pursuant to G.S. §§ 22a-36—22a-45, inclusive, there is hereby created an agency of the town to be known as the inland wetlands and watercourses agency, hereafter referred to in this article as the agency.
