§ 6-2. Topless waitresses, barmaids, etc.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person conducting or operating any bar or lounge to permit a waitress, barmaid or entertainer to appear with uncovered breasts, or for any female person to appear in any bar or lounge with uncovered breasts or to appear in any entertainment at such bar or lounge with uncovered breasts.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100.00 or shall be imprisoned not to exceed 30 days, or both.
