§ 70-37. Administration.

The director or his designee shall administer the licensing and registration of any refuse collector engaged in collecting and transporting solid waste and recyclables within the town.

The director or his designee shall not issue a license until the refuse collector provides proof of adequate liability insurance which shall include an obligation on the part of the carrier to notify the town if coverage is terminated.
